  Not terrible fancy, but a great location. Bus stop is directly across the street, making it easy to get to the Metro subway system. Quite a few places to eat within a one block radius. The edges of the carpet could use a good vacuum job. Decent mattresses and clean sheets. I'm happy with the room for the price.

  If I could give a negative 10 I would. It smelled like mold an cig smoke the sheets were dirty the bathroom had mold in it the tv didn’t work there was nothing to the breakfast we kept the door open to try to air out the room it still smelt bad we paid 120 for 30 dollars more you can get a 5 star hotel never go there I’m warning you. Room 317 was the worst of them allll

  The TV would intermittently go static for about 2 seconds at a time. Loudly. We just gave up trying to watch. The fridge stopped working on our second day there. Our key card would only open the laundry room door sometimes. The staff was friendly. The room was cheap and clean although definitely dated and worn down. The breakfast bar was an ok perk. The neighborhood was nice and I always felt safe. There are a few good restaurants around and a McDonald’s across the street. If you are just looking for a place to sleep while you see the sights of DC, it’s a great cheap option. However, if you are looking for a place to stay where you plan to spend a little time at your hotel, I’d pass.

  I've stayed here Everytime I come to DC. That's four times so far. Can't beat the price or location. Plus Continental breakfast. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
