::In the last four years that I've been on dialysis. I've experienced two center's besides devita. And this dialysis center is by far better than the last two . Very professional staff, however the adminstrative assistant, Naomi displays very poor judgement in dealing with the patient's. Along with Naomi David the nurse manager lacks decision making skills. The first snow storm of the season, they both failed to properly organize the dialysis treatments. In anticipation of the storm, causing me to have to go to the emergency room for dialysis treatment. Which intern shorted me an hour of dialysis time. Three hours instead of four hours, there is one excuse after another with these people. I don't believe in excuses I believe in results you must be proactive instead of being reactive in any situation. The policies and procedures of the dialysis center outweigh the well-being of the dialysis patients. Last week there was an issue with the heating and ventilation system in the dialysis center. I literally froze to death sitting there doing dialysis. I even put on a blanket, and the blanket wouldn't even help keep the cold away. Naomi the assistant administrator was like always full of excuses. The technician couldn't come because of the winter storm in effect, in this case they could have found another company to come out and service the unit. Even if they have to pay more for an emergency call. This is what I mean when I say very poor decision-making skills not very proactive. However I commend the administrator of this facility Vito. He displays great customer service skills. And you can see he cares about the patients. He comes to the dialysis floor ask the patients how they're doing. He's a very functional reliable administrator. He's also very cool down-to-earth individual.

::I used to work here as a Registered Nurse and the nurse's are a Groovy bunch of folk's who are committed to great patient care. Fell in absolute love with the patients, difficult and easy going equally. The Nurse Manager is the hardest working woman and leader that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She definitely needs several raises. Thanks:)
