  They Refused My dad eventho he hadn't been treated in 4 days and that they already had enough people to deal with so instead of a 4he treatment he was hospitalized for 10hr on the 4th of July sorry treatment from the staff and that she had the paperwork in hand

  My mother who visited me in Dallas from out of state came to this center. She get dialysis from Fresemius, another company in NJ. Wanted to speak with the social worker regarding the pay, we're paying cash since the this center doesn't take her insurance, not contracted. The social worker, Tiffany Brown, was so unprofessional, so ghetto! She said she came out of her break to speak with us like we bothered her. She was still chewing her food when she met us and popping her mouth and lips during our conversation. The place didn't look nice and since her ghetto attitude, I decided to take her my mother another center which was 20 minutes away but was worth it, another davita center but totally different, nicer experience.

  I think the staff does an excellent job with what little resources that they have to work with,, they try to help as many as they can with their different problems and needs.

  My father goes there three days a week. The staff there don’t care about the patients they only care about the money. All the chairs were they sit the patients during the diálisis have a vent above that blows the cold air right at the patients. My father has a cold and told them if they could cover the vent and they didn’t do anything about it. If my father conditions worsens we are seeking legal assistance.

  My husband has been going here since April 2015. Everyone is so kind and caring.
