  well so far I've seen a bad parking lot with potholes in it where I've almost tripped and fell. But I'm most disturbed by the cross-contamination factor here they have biohazard Ben's which some text lift the lid with their bare hands or with the gloves and will not wash their hands or change gloves and go directly to my dialysis arm and start changing the gauze out! This is appalling! It's time for a meeting on protocol on how not to cross-contaminate the patients this Ben has a foot pedal this should not be happening!
