  I don't like to post negative reviews because everyone can have a bad day. That being said, David's bagels is 5 for 5 when it comes to negative experiences. I always give it another chance because it is close to home. Never again. Be prepared to wait and wait and wait. The ordering system is confusing and chaotic. This is consistently the beginning of every negative experience at the shop. You can text in an order to avoid the wait but be prepared for the order to be wrong. It always is. The kids working there are friendly and are clearly making the best of a confusing process, the elders working there, are rude and condescending. My order was taken and I moved to the checkout counter. I stood there for 20 minutes. The owner, who took my order, had walked away and my order was forgotten. The woman working there is clearly overwhelmed and can't handle the stress of bagging up bagels. It might be time for her to retire. Yelling at customers who have not raised their voice is completely unacceptable. I told the owner that he lost a customer today. I'm sure he didn't care. Check other review sites, you will see the same complaints over and over. Save yourself some aggravation and go 5 minutes down the road to Bagel Boys. You won't be disappointed.

  The worst customer service experience! Waited 20 mins for a bacon, egg, and cheese on a flagel, salt, pepper, no ketchup. There was three people ahead of me and two people ordering behind me. I was the last person to receive my order because I had to remind the lady of my order which she forgot! I got to my office and seen that my eggs was burned and ketchup in my order. I called to speak to a supervisor because at this point I am unhappy with my order and service. Only to find out the owners attitude was horrible! Telling me it was very busy and she did not forget on purpose... please it was not busy! Then to tell me what do you want me to do about it? Excuse me (I was thinking), you can come back and I can make it over, or you can come back tomorrow. How about I will never ever spend my money with this place again! The worst ! If I could give a negative 3 stars I would.

  After telling the guy what I wanted 4x he asked if I said pastrami or corned beef I repeated corned beef Reuben grilled on rye n sauerkraut but use mustard not thousand island dressing. Came n picked it up was riding In my friends car I opened up the wrapping to see a hero roll. Wrapped it back up n called the back girl promised to speak w the guy n fix it just bring back the wrong one. I got there walked in n exchanged sandwiches went to the car n Decided I better check it before leaving this time n is cold not even grilled back inside I went n was told the grill is off for the day it just turned 4 n was supposed be open till 6. I demanded my money n left completely dissatisfied I will NEVER go in there again. Next day went to Deli Central in stony point n had the best grilled Reuben around.

  Called in an order. Was told it would be ready in 5-10 minutes (one sandwich). Show up after 20 minutes. The order isn't finished. I'm told to wait while they check on the order. No one returns to me after another 7 minutes only to tell me that I called the wron Davids bagels. I told them I have the number saved and called multiple times. Went to work late and hungry. Never returning. Food is okay but they hire teenager workers that don't know how to communicate well.

  It is my Birthday today. I ordered bagels and coffee the night before. When i came in this mirning to pick up my order. Everythi g was hot and delicious. They were very nice and friendly.
