  I've been going to this bagel shop since I was in high school when they 1st opened. Their food was always great and their service always matched. This time I went on a Sunday 4/8, with my kids. It was almost closing time and there was only 2 people behind the counter. The lady was taking orders while the man was cleaning up and preparing to close. Neither one of them seemed to speak very good English. That wasn't the problem though. The lady acted as if she was annoyed we were there, she prepared the food in a rush and not the way it was ordered. Unfortunately we didn't realize until we were down the street and they were already closed. I'm sure this isn't normal for them however an employee should not act the way she did in front of customers.

  Slow service and very overpriced. The sandwiches are very expensive

  So nice and friendly. They even cut up my son's buttered bagel into toddler sized bites. Tasty and cheap breakfast platters too!

  Pretty good food especially for breakfast, I really enjoy their hash browns (they are about $1) and their muffins.
