  We originally contact this company because of a recommendation from a close friend with whom he had work done on his home using David Cajigas contractors. We started with a small project to have our 2 bathrooms completely redone. When finished, the 2 bathrooms looked like upscale hotel room bathrooms. They were amazing. On our second project, we used this company to remodel our entire basement which at the time was being used for storage. It was also flooding badly every time that we had a storm. We had previously contacted 2 "waterproofing" companies that at the end of the day did nothing except cost us a few thousand dollars and did not fix the problem. During the project, David Cajigas Contractors was not only able to give us a great new basement living/entertaining room with a full bar and new bathroom, but fixed our flooding issue completely. When we sold the house roughly a year and a hald later, the real estate agent was able to et us another ~$40,000.00 he said just because of the amazing new finished basement and bathroom. From the initial contact until project completion, the overall experience was a very good one. The owner of the company answered every email or phone call with a sense of urgency always. He went out of his way to ensure that we knew what was happening every step of the way, had some great suggestions that we never even though about and bent over backwards to ensure that even the smallest detail was looked into. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone needing work done to their home. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
