  Called Dave's Appliance this morning to see if I could schedule appointment. Had me troubleshoot prior to coming over and when that did not work, called him back and he showed up within the hour after having gone to the warehouse to pick up the suspected replacement part. Within 30 minutes, Dave had the washing machine back up and fully functional. Pleasure to have such service reps still out there working the streets. Such a pleasure to have work on the equipment. Well priced and exceptionally friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Definitely in my longtime repair reference manual.

  Dave responded to our call for service on a Sunday and repaired the dryer Monday afternoon. He arrived on time and was clear and honest with his assessment of the problem. Will definitely use again, should the need arise.
