  Every time I asked my server for something she acted annoyed. Who the hell wants to go out for a good time and deal with that?! Food and drinks were terrible too, only thing good was the beer they can't mess that up all they gotta do is pour it.

  I love this place I come very often, food is bomb... Waitress and employees are very nice and welcoming. Shout out to Mikey!! Always being very generous and welcome when I come here.

  How can you not like this place. Its a carnival with drinks! But to be honest. The food wasn't bad at all. The service was a little off but hey, she was busy. Come here with a few dollars and have fun!!

  It doesn’t matter how old you are, you are never too old for Dave & Busters. Seriously, an arcade and a full bar – GENIUS! I don’t go here a ton but my friends and I love going and we always have such a good time. The drinks aren’t super cheap, but they are so good (albeit sugary)! The bartenders here are always super chill too

  This place lacks customer service. First of all, it was the second time we came to this place to eat and we had already had a bad experience the first time at a different dave & buster's but we decided to give this another shot. We entered and we were lost, we did not know where to go and no one even cared to welcome us or sit us anywhere. We were wandering around and my boyfriend asked a guy standing behind a register whether we could sit anywhere or if we had to wait for someone. He then told us to sit anywhere and someone will be with us shortly. Me and my boyfriend sit down and they took 30 minutes to acknowledge we were in a booth. My boyfriend stood up and told the same guy that we were ready to order. Eventually, some tall chick with curly hair appeared and took our order and they took another 24 minutes to bring us our food. We ate and they only asked us once if we needed anything and we asked for ranch and our waitress took at least 7 minutes to bring us the ranch. She realized that she had forgotten and left again. When we finished eating, we asked for the check and they took at least 18 minutes before we got tired of waiting and decided to walk around the place. The waitress found us and had the audacity to say "Hey do you mind if I charge you because you aren't near your table." Me and my boyfriend looked at her like Are you serious? And I could not keep my mouth closed. I told the waitress "Well you took forever so..." And immediately after I said that she gave us an attitude. Of course I expected it, but you would think after the long wait neither of us would be satisfied. Not to mention, the food? Gross. My hamburger bun was cold, like if it was sitting there for a long time.I did not finish my hamburger I only picked at the meat and the mushroom but I could not eat the buns. My fries were extremely cold and I just could not enjoy anything. In conclusion; Hire more people. This place can get pretty packed and the need for more waiters would help. Also, try making it easier for people to KNOW where to go. Don't have people wandering around asking for service.
