Worse doctor experience of my life! He tried to psychoanalyze me, wouldnt listen to any of my symptoms. He was very creepy and kept asking if I had a pap smear in the past 2 years. When I said no, he got excited and said he would do one for me . He isnt even a OB/GYN!!! I literally ran out of there . I felt sexually violated and will be filing a complaint!

Don’t come here unless you want to be waiting 3 hours just to get blood drawn or given the wrong information by 3 different staff members. Very unprofessional that it’s shameful. Needs some serious changes.

I wish i could give ZERO stars. The front desk ladies are super nice. But the "nurses" and doctors in the back are super rude. The rooms are disgusting. I went to get stiches removed... waited 3 hours then an hour in the room. They couldnt find butterfly tape and didnt clean my stiches before or after removing them. Unorganized and unfriendly.

Like any public place there are good times and bad. However the majority of my visits here are very good. The people that work there are kind and helpful. Thank you very much.

Dr. Urbizo is TOPS!! I pray she NEVER leaves from here! I have NEVER encountered any workers who were rude to me. Sometimes, yes, the wait is a bit long, but especially during flu season, there are A LOT of sick folks, so I understand the wait. Back when I used to have a good paying job and could afford to go to a private doctor, I sometimes had to wait a long time. But I would rather have a doctor who gives each patient the time necessary to be thorough than to be the patient that they scrimp on and miss something important concerning my health, and that IS how I feel about other folks healthcare here also. Maybe the bad reviews were people having a bad day on both sides, but I have nothing bad to say about my experiences here.
