  Wish i could give no stars but just like dashing diva I CANT!!!!, lady who did my nails did a horrible job, one nail fell off 6 days later, one nail the next day and another nail the next day! I spent 99.86 dollars plus 15% gratuity. Which wasnt appreciated, lady gave attitude after pointing to 20% gratuity on receipt. I will never go back to this location. But thanks for giving me free water(rolls eyes).

  I get the UV gel manicure and have inch long nails. Cindy has been doing them for over three years and understands how I need them to be. I've been disappointed perhaps twice in the 3yr period but they are quick to fix and no charge me. Hospitable all the time (New head lady). P.S. If you go anywhere in Brooklyn Heights, remember the rental overhead when you're upset about the price. Otherwise go on Livingston or up Fulton Streets.

  Leider NICHT mit deutschen Gel-Nägeln zu vergleichen. Hygiene??? Ausser einem warmen Handtuch leider nichts. Danach sinnloses herumgedrücke auf den Rücken... was soll das??? Und man wird darauf hingewiesen zwischen 15% und 25% Trinkgeld zu geben. Frechheit!

  A decent place for mani/pedis, pretty good service. They will do a hard upsell on you though, especially on pedicures (they sometimes don't even mention they have a no-frills one) - so if you want just the basic one you have to stay firm. The accompanying massages are very hit or miss depending on who you get.

  The manicure was refreshing , and the manicurist tried to be friendly. She forgot menial things like offering water/tea, incense in the nail water, and she left my purse and coat on the table where she did my nails, sat me at the dryer and walked away. However the manicurist did notice that I was charged an extra 30 cents on my bill, pointed it out to me and made sure I received my 30 cents. When it was time for me to tip the lady who did my nails she paused and waited to see how much I would give her . I found that amusing . I'd probably return because my manicure was pretty good.
