  I was double charged for my dry cleaning service. The quality of their work is okay, but if you choose to pay when you drop off, be sure to proactively have your pick up receipt stamped/dated denoting that you’ve paid. They receive many customers so it’s best to protect yourself since it’s generally difficult for people to recollect past customer experiences. This rating is solely in response to customer service. I would’ve appreciated it if they took it upon themselves to update my pick up receipt upon my first payment.
