::The man who mans the station. So today I got here and he was in the back on the phone I ask him if he could help me he told me when he gets off the phone. He final answered my question and then a older lady was there waiting on the bus and her daughter had to work so she left her in my care when the bus began to load he asked her were your people. Then a gentleman had an extra bag he didn't know because he was told he didn't have to pay for extra luggage by mega bus customer services but this gentleman didn't have it to pay so I did but Alan was rude and he is also the reason I will never ride with mega bus again.

::Great place to catch DART buses. This is a DART facility which leases a space to Megabus. If something goes wrong with Megabus this is not the place to give negative feedback. If you have complaints with Megabus complain on Google reviews, not the DART facility.
