::Yes, I live here. It would be the last place I’d go. Oh my goodness. The kids. The kids are too loud. I can barely sleep. They curse too. Very sorry but it’s not a great place. It’s very clean. There’s a park in it. I can’t stand the kids. Please don’t get a apartment here. You barley get paid too. There are roaches in the basement. Very disgusting. They clean very well? In the garden, there are chairs for you to use. Many beautiful trees. In the spring, it’s very pretty. The flowers bloom. Very amazing!! There are 8 buildings I believe. My apartment is okay.. I have apart A. The price is normal for New York City. You can buy a house with this apartment. They have trash and very where. The Community is not a great place.. Right up front is a (public) school named Ps. 165. And a Private soon. You can eat Chinese, Italian, American, Junk, food near. It’s in Flusing. Right next to China town. Perfect if you’re Asian. x33 Many super markets. I do want some Warlmart near.. That’s fine. :( You have a mailbox, elevator, Washing machine in the basement. You just have to have a card. And put some money in it. Ba boom. There are gates you need a pass to go. 100$ per pass. -Rachel. 💖o
