  Tried stopping in for a quick cleaning of a few shirt, but they came back with burn stains all over the shirts. The desk attendant was also applying some cream on her daughters back and didnt wash hands before handling clothes

  I've been a regular customer, until my light blue shirt came back with visible contrasting spots on the collar and cuffs (where there's a double layer of fabric). Since the shirt was expensive ($180), and the spots were very visible, I asked if I can talk to the manager, and was told to come another day. When I was back in several days, they tried to "remove" the spots, and ripped the collar (there's a 1/3 inch hole through 3 layers of fabric). First an employee lied to me saying that that's how it was originally, and then a manager told me a hole appeared "because the fabric warms up", and it was my problem, not theirs. After these lies, BS, and no word about compensation, I'm not going back, and suggest you don't either. Horrible experience!
