  I asked some information about my watch and an expert was really helpful on that. Friendly staff, but if you have any question , go to the end of the store to ask the expert, not those staff who are at the from desk close to the exit door.

  I took my 7 year old there to get her ears pierced .. while they were piercing her ear the glove got pierced in also, which caused them to have to cut it off and it frightened her a bit ... But at the end she was happy she received her certificate for getting her ears pierced and a free Daniels charm bracelet .. she loves the Daniels jewelry box it came it .. lol .. the girls that work there were young so other than the glove incident they were awesome.

  My wife brought a ring there to be re-sized and the worker was rude to her, suggesting she get more gold added to the band and was ready to have her redesign the ring. Not impressed.

  I bought an angagement ring here and the workers were really helpful in sizing the ring and molding the wedding band to the engagement ring. Friendly, knowledgeable people.
