Came for Wedding Anniversary dinner with my husband and service was great. Steaks were good but they definitely undercook more than what you request so either order your steak the next cooked level up or they always have u cut the center to confirm if it's to your liking or send it back to the kitchen to cook more but don't recommend that. It tends to dry out the steak and lose a lot of its juices. Food overall was good but super high in price. Atmosphere and vibe is nice with a nice high view.

Great place for a special occasion on the 21st floor of Bellevue Center (complex with Hyatt). Obviously the emphasis on Prime USDA steaks šŸ„© but there is also other options like seafood and pork dishes. try going to Costco first to buy the Daniel's Broiler gift cards to get a discount on the dinner. great views West towards Seattle and South towards Mt Rainier. outdoor patio seating in warmer weather. Private rooms available for $1700 minimum.

It was me and my husband's first time coming here for my birthday and it was amazing ā˜ŗļø. Our waiter Griffin, she was amazing and made sure I was pleased for my birthday & I truly appreciate that. Their filet mignon was so buttery and so soft it just melted in your mouth, the popcorn shrimp and the spicy shrimp and the shrimp salad was on point. The wine everything on point. I had a great time and will definitely be back again. Thank you for making my birthday dinner amazing šŸ¤©

We had dinner at Daniel's Broiler for the first time last week, and it was an all-around great experience. The steak was flavorful and cooked nicely. The bread was tasty, and I have to say, the plant-based cheese ravioli was delicious. I wasn't sure what to expect from almond ricotta, but it was a highlight for sure. John, our server, was attentive, cheery, and helpful, and the view from the window was spectacular, although it might be blocked by cranes and a residential tower soon. I'm glad I looked up the area on Street View beforehand, as the parking entrance (on 8th, next to the bank) can be a little obscure. Even if you go up the wrong elevator, you can find your way to the right tower at the ground level. I'll have to agree with other reviews of the gratuity situation. I'm happy to tip servers well, especially when they provide fantastic service like was the case for our dinner, but the inclusion of a "service fee" which is "retained by the restaurant, but the server receives a commission from" and an "optional gratuity beyond" is a bit...weird.

I've always enjoyed my dining experience at Daniel's Broiler. Let it be for a birthday, graduation or anniversary. My last trip was for a friend's birthday. One would think that all the locations would have it's own uniqueness but still have consistency when it comes to their food. Not was i very wrong! Our group ordered some calamari, popcorn shrimp, scallops and lobster bisque as a starter. All the food especially the popcorn shrimp but the lobster bisque was so salty!!! We used the bread to neutralized the saltiness. For the main entrƩe most ordered the $100 steak while others opted for the lobster, salmon and chicken. I only order the chicken or salmon every time i dine at DB since i don't eat pork or beef. Unfortunately that night I uncharacteristically had my food returned as it was so salty!! I thought of mixing it with the mashed potatoes to neutralize the saltiness but it was waaaay beyond that! I felt bad doing that as I've never done that every but if you are paying so much for food it has to be at least edible. My friend's salmon was somewhat salty too and she didn't even finish it. From the lobster bisque to the chicken and fish, it's unfortunate that Daniel's Broiler completely missed the mark that night. The one thing they got right as always is their customer service. Will this experience stop me from ever going to DB? Unlikely. Maybe I'll second guess the Bellevue location if anything.
