  I normally don't do this because i normally don't have to. i spoke with Daniel about some work i need done in one of my property rentals he said he would come out and give me free quote but never showed. So i called him back about the no show and he had nothing nice to say. he argued with for about ten mins and then hung up the phone. Bad Bad business practice stay away
