  I've always been hesitant to approach a therapist in the past. What they can offer me that I don't already know? But I was struggling with my mental health. I asked my PCP for a recommendation and they gave me Dan's contact information. I've concluded my therapy with Dan and I've not been this happy for a very long time. He was warm, caring, attentive, and experienced. He tailored therapeutic tools to fit my needs and how I think. I walked into my first office visit feeling at the lowest in my life, and I left my last session feeling confident and happy with myself. I would recommend his services to anyone. If you do go to him for treatment, sit in the eastern most chair. It has a foot rest. :D
