  While I spent more money than I would have liked to – and I'm skeptical in trusting lawyers – Toni and Fran took an interest in my case and made sure to fight for what I wanted. They understood my situation and were willing to work with me. They never sugarcoated things or promised me unrealistic outcomes.

  The worst attorney ever! Stay away from Damiano unless you want to get robbed.

  This so called law firm doesn't even deserve 1 star, but to rate them you have to at least give them one. The greed of this law firm is unimaginable. They were so worried about getting paid that they requested to get paid directly from an unrelated real estate closing. They had no reason to expect not to get paid. In all honesty my wife and I have over a 800 credit rating and we would not compromise that rating by not paying these greedy lawyers. But they still had to stick their greedy hands into our private real estate closing. I did not want to upset my wife, so I reluctantly agreed. But the nerve of these lawyers need to be exposed. All they care about is your money, even if they have to embarrass themselves in the way they collect it. For the record they performed a service and were entitled to get paid, and they most certainly would have gotten paid. But the point is they were so hard up that they could not even wait until a day after our closing to get paid directly from us. Friendly word of advice. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. They are a complete embarrassment. While it is true that they did not represent me, they did represent my wife, and I had first hand knowledge of their tacky means of collecting payment. I think they would remove the money from a dead mans pockets if they thought he owed them money.
