I have been at Dallas Strength and Conditioning for 2 months. Chris Riley and staff are incredible and knowledgeable trainers. Never the same workout, whether the workout is focusing on high intensity interval training for fitness or if the focus is on strength and conditioning. The gym is open and spacious with no lack of equipment. The energy is always high, focused and positive. I plan on being a client for a very long time. I am happy that I found this place.

This just a quick note to recommend Chris Riley and the coaches at Dallas Strength and Conditioning. Chris has expertly assisted me with all of the form questions and inconsistencies I've had with the compound lifts. I am lifting heavier that I ever have before with confidence. The conditioning program and corrections he's suggested have allowed me to safely move past my plateau. Thanks Chris!
