::I wanted to get SOBER, and they don't care the people that work there are VERY VERY RUDE!!!! THE DOCTOR HIMSELF IS AWESOME AND SWEET, and said if I ever needed anything to talk to him! I loved his attitude but the staff are Evil, I say this because this is my third day, and everyone knows detox sucks, and your not on your right dose yet and trying to make it sober sucks, but you are doing it and touching it out, well since they the staff not the doctor I only met him once and loved him although I have not talked to him, but to me I didn't get the vibe he treats clients like numbers, but the staff did and that is a HUGE PROBLEM AT THE VERY BEGINNING OF RECOVERY WHEN YOUR NOT ON THE RIGHT DOSE OR JUST DOWN RIGHT DEXTOXING, ANYWAY I DRIVE THERE ON CHRISTMAS DAY TO PICK UP MY DOSE CHRISTMAS DAY, AND MY FAMILY CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS EVE, SO I WAS FIVE MINUTES LATE CALLED THEM AND EVERYTHING AND THERE WERE STILL 6 TO 9 PEOPLE, POSSIBLY 10 POSSIBLY 8, BUT A LOT, SO THEY WERE NOT CLOSING DOWN OR ANYTHING LIKE TJAT, AND SAID I WAS 5 MINUTES LATE I COULD NOT DOSE, AS I WAS BEGGING AND CRYING SAYING IF I DONT DOSE I WILL RELAPSE AND USE!! ITS CHRISTMAS I DONT WANT TO AND WANT TO BE SOBER, I WAS SO MAD THAT I WAS TELLING THEM THAT AND THEY DID NOT CARE AT ALL, IT WOULD BE DIFFERENT IF THEY HAD CLOSED DOWN EARLY OR NO ONE WAS THERE, BUT 5 MINUTES LATE ON CHRISTMAS MY THIRD DAY WHEN I AM NOT ON THE RIGHT DOSE AND DEALING WITH ALL THAT, I WAS VERY HURT, SO HURT I HAD TO POST THIS, AND AM GOING TO LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT CLINIC I DONT ENJOY BEING TREATED LIKE A NUMBER INSTEAD OF A PATIENT OR CLIENT, AS MOST PLACES, CARE ABOUT SOMEONE SOBRIETY OVER, 5 MINUTES I COULD UNDERSTAND IF I HAD BEEN THERE A WHILE, BUT WITH BEING THREE DAYS NOT ON MY CORRECT DOSE, I FEEL THE DEVIL WAS ATTACKING ME THROUGH THEM CAUSE IF SOMEONE WANTS TO GET SOBER AND IS SAYING THAT IS THE ONLY WAY AND THEY KNOW THERE PERSONALITY AND WILK RELASPE I WOULD THINK ANYONE WOULD BEND THE RULE, ITS NOT LIKE I HAD BEEN THERE MAKING A HABIT, BUT IF YOU HAVE KIDS ONE GETS SICK AND YOUR LATE WOULD YOU REALKY WANT TO BE AT A CLINIC THAT TREATS YOU LIKE A NUMBER AND NOT A PERSON SO GLAD NA AA AND OTHER PROGRAMS ARE NOT LIKE THEM, SPONSORS WHO HELP OTHER ADDICTS WILL GO OUT OF THERE WAY FOR FREE JUST BECAUSE THEY CARE, AND BEING A PAYING CUSTOMER AND NOT CARING WHEN ITS ALREADY A EXTRA MONTHLY BILL I WOULD WANT TO GO SOME WHERE WHERE THEY TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT, HOW DO U THINK MY MOTHER FELT SEEING HER DAUGHTER CRYING ON CHRISTMAS CAUSE THEY WOULD NOT DOSE HER BEING 5 MINUTES LATE AND THERE WHERE STILL PEOPLE THERE! PLEASE THINK ABOUT THAT!!

::The staff is great if they stay longer then 6 months. Price is high and they won't take North star. Councillors go and come there's no head person to keep things right. I came in for help all I'm getting is the medication no help. Help this place.

::Staff is very friendly and understanding. They show concern in your recovery. Dose prices are a bit high @ $11/day Edit: VERY STRICT NOW. DOSING IS AT $12 - STILL ONLY ONE NURSE. SEEMS LIKE THEY GET A NEW NURSE RIGHT AFTER THE NEW ONE STARTS GETTING A HANG OF IT AND CAUSES DOSING TO BE VERY SLOW. STAFF IS CHANGING ALL THE TIME.
