  Great drinks. Grest wings, baby back ribs and fries. The onion loaf is pretty special too although after you finish you pretty much never want to see an onion again. Use to get a lot of value for your dollar, not so much now, especially if you have the specialty drinks

  On Mother's Day we placed an order before 7pm. I expected some delay. We were told 45 min or so. We called to check after we were waiting for 1h 15 min. They had no idea where the food is. After waiting for 2h for our order we called again and we were told that it was delivered. Called 4 times. After 9pm a manager said they can send a food right away, but we did not want it any longer. Too bad I do like their food. But I have to say they have very poor service. I am very disappointed and probably never order again by phone. As an apology they could of just offer to send it free of charge after all.

  The soda was flat, the drink tasted like water, the waiter took forever to take our order and then forever to get our food right. I got my entree before my wings. I found out that after 8:30pm YOU HAVE TIP INCLUDED IN YOUR BILL REGARDLESS. If your service or food sucks..oh well. They get their tip. Definitely not returning to them. Times have changed!

  It's a Dallas bbq, foods what you'd expect nothing amazing and cheap. Wife and I get the 2 meals for 14 deal. The chicken soup was pretty good. Chicken was a tad dry but still flavorful. The frozen drinks are great though and probably what keeps us going back every few months. Free cupcakes after our meal pictured.

  I took this picture during our discussion about just getting up and leaving because we had been waiting for our server so long. Reviewing Dallas is a challenge because *every* time we go to one, the same thing happens. The service is so bad, we contemplate walking out; then we get the food and have a philosophical challenge over whether it redeems the shortcomings of the staff. Our experience with the food (once we get it) has always been positive. Today was no exception. I had the BBQ Burger and the wife-unit had a chili burger. Both we perfectly cooked (med rare and med well) and we both ate more than we should have. How can any restaurant chain consistently hire such inept staff? I mean, after several tries, how can this always happen to us? Knowing many in food service, I am a notorious over-tipper. The good thing about Dallas is I always save money on tips.
