::Memorial Day 2018 my family and I decided to dine at this BBQ location with our 3 children. Our daughter is only 5 months and she’s still not able to keep herself up. So we walked in with the baby stroller and we were told there was no place to put the stroller. The hostess didn’t even bother trying to find a spot for us to sit down. I then asked if we could sit outside where there’s more room and we were told that they weren’t sure if they were serving the tables outside. Both the hostess and manager did not know where their heads were. The customer service we received was very unprofessional and I will never return to this location.

::This has been a personal favorite of mine for years. ( The franchise) This particular location isn't the best because of the crowds. (Just my opinion) The food was great I love the fried chicken wings. Can't wait to come back with the drinks were wonderful also.

::Food was amazingly good.. the drinks was awesome and the service (customer) was fulfilled to its highest potential. The service charge was included in the bill with out options for the customer. I asked my boss at NYC IRS department and this is why they were giving 2 stars. I hope they do a investigation and charge the restaurant for service charge. Revenue Ruling 2012-18 classifies automatic gratuities as service charges, which are considered restaurant income. If these service charges are distributed to employees, they are considered wages and not tips. This disrupts the long-standing restaurant industry practice of treating automatic gratuities as tips. In its ruling, the IRS clarified that an employer’s characterization of a payment as a “tip” is not determinative. Rather, four factors are considered to determine whether a payment is a tip or service charge: The payment must be made free from compulsion; The customer must have the unrestricted right to determine the amount; The payment should not be the subject of negotiation or dictated by employer policy; and Generally, the customer has the right to determine who receives the payment.

::Delicious food. Prompt service. Moderate prices. All of the necessary staples of a go-to spot. The hand towelettes are a nice touch too! I highly recommend them.
