  Amongst many other times that the internet will randomly go out, the tower near us has been down for 3 days now. They have been working on it all day, they said, and 8 hours later, still no internet. Our Netflix buffers a lot. Download CRAWLS. It used to be so great but service and speed significantly crashed the last year or so. Bummer. We used to love them.

  Service used to be great, over the last few months it seems they have gone downhill. A few times a week the connection drops or gets extremely unstable. Customer service always says it's an upgrade for improvement but the last few months I think each "upgrade" gets followed up by worse service. Very unfortunate, been a customer for a long time but this is not what I signed up for.

  I’m always having to call them and see what the issue is 😡. It’s never good and it way over priced

  My experience with this service for over an year has been better than expected. The one thing that I wanted to do was to play online and with this service it allows you to do just that.

  Beware! They will put you on a contract years after you've had service without any knowledge to the customer. They will change your internet speed your payment amounts. My service goes off all the time and I am told the company is getting new towers for years! There are other companies out there and I suggest using any of them. I am fighting with them now to get there crappy equipment off my roof! Don't let them bend you over too.
