  Customer service is nonexistent. I called 3 times and also emailed but no one responded. I placed an order that was "processing" with no progress and wanted to check status. Turns out they sold an item they didn't have, didn't notify me that it was out of stock, and ultimately cancelled the order without a word of communication. BEWARE.
