  I pay a monthly fee and find it completely unfair that people just come up and vacuum the car without even buying something from the store putting gas or paying for a car wash and then sometimes I have to wait for those people that just want freebies!!! Manager doesn’t give a hoots and employees are frustrated!

  So the first time I ever went there, I forgot my car mat, not even 2 hours later that I called the car wash for my mat, only to find out they threw it away. I thought I would go back, well the vacuums don't work for one, I literally moved my car 3 times, all of which the vacuums were either broken or not suctioning. Then they messed up my mirrors to where I couldn't see once I got on the freeway. I've been to cheap car washes before and have gotten better service than what I got today. Will not be returning, stick to Mister Car Wash, they don't disappoint.
