::Overall pretty good. Marinara sauce was excellent. Would like to see fresher bread and butter, as bread was stale and butter freezer burned. Had the chicken with ham, peas, artichokes, mushrooms and it was very good. The chicken was a little tough, so maybe pounding it would help. Not sure about my bill because it was hard to read.

::The place wasn't busy but off the bat our service was terrible. The "1st" waiter we had, before they switched him with a replacement, and only "somewhat" better server, was a guy from this whole other planet. K-Pax, I believe it was. He mumbled with a weird smile that made me uncomfortable. Drink orders were slow. But the best was when he is bringing dishes to the table next to us, he was completely unaware that one of the plates was tilting and dripping sauce all over a friend's expensive scarf. I had the chicken piccata, but it was more like chicken pathetic! Rubbery is the best adjective. The Peroni beer was cold and plentiful so it wasn't a complete loss....but it really was.

::Wonderful dinner. Quaint. Great service. Even better food. If you come to NYC, you should come here.

::Great food, good service. I loved the baked clams, penne vodka and especially the pasta with pesto. The pesto pasta was a little undercooked (it was gluten free pasta which takes longer to cook) But they took it back and brought a fresh one back that was perfect. Can't wait to go back!
