Probably the worst company I ever dealt with in any industry. Not sure why any company that provides alarm monitoring services would try to get their customers to sign a 10 year contract but D&W does. Its hard to believe a 10 year contract for Alarm monitoring is even legal let alone ethical. And once you sign a contract with them they may look to sue you for any possible reason and if you don't settle you are forced to go to binding arbitration with them. They choose the location of the arbitrator and I suspect they always win. In my long history of doing business I never experienced a worse company than D&W.

Wrost company.had them for 7 years used them because their price was better then the rest. If the alarm goes of they can not enter the building like the others .many times I came to my office out side the business ours and they did not call to verify. When I closed my office and called to disconnect aftet 7 years they told me no problem .but a week later got a letter from a lawyer suing me for breech of contract .is it not the right way to contact a customer first before running over to sue him .would never ever recommend them even for frew.

Had one their drivers (possibly even the business owner) try to run me off the road yesterday while I was cycling on the Upper West Side. When I yelled at him for his behavior (which included texting while driving, honking, and passing me within six inches of my handlebars), he had the audacity to threaten me, and then step out of his vehicle with a three foot long pipe in a show of intimidation. Luckily I wear a helmet cam and I pointed out that I had his car and his behavior on video and he promptly got back in his Nissan. The local police precinct has been notified of his behavior and I'm presently deciding whether or not to press charges against him for assault.
