  Went there from a friend recommendation to repair my guitar. They looked at it but apparently could do nothing when they have before worked on guitars and still currently have a guitar specialist there.

  I always deal with the same guy who is pretty unfriendly, verging on rude. They didn't have what I needed, and the guy said he'd never even heard of it (what I was looking for is really standard in the music world, and it's really disillusioning that someone who works in a music store has never heard of it). Will probably not go again. Too many times that I've gone there and been annoyed by their service.
