  Recently we had an 8 foot, chain link fence installed by D-Fence. It looks good and was installed well. However our original agreement on where the fence should go was altered by D-Fence and they have decided to take zero responsibility for putting the the garden shed door OUTSIDE of the fenced in garden area! Who puts their garden shed door outside of the garden? The original agreement was to butt the fence up to the garden shed to save a little on fencing material. The fellow from D-Fence asked us to come out and look at something as he wanted to make a small change. ALL he said was that he would like to run a straight line of fence from a tree in the back to a different tree in the front. The trees in the front were about 4 feet apart and I saw no problem with that. HE NEVER MENTIONED that he would also bring the fence to the shed in a different spot than what we agreed on and this put the garden shed door OUTSIDE OF THE GARDEN. There is no logic in doing that. Had he mentioned this we would have said NO. We only agreed to the tree change not to canceling out our ability to use the shed door, he never said anything about that. Now when we asked them to move the fencing so we can get back into the shed, they are charging $1500 and the error was theirs. They are taking no responsibility for their inability to say what changes they want to make and then hold the customer responsible for this inability. There had been blue paint marking the perimeter, and in this one area it was gone but it remains on the other locations...
