::The overall hardscaping job performed by the crew turned out great, but the whole project was uncomfortable otherwise. Majority of the work felt rushed. We ended up making a few changes during mid-project because prior to that was just looking at samples or drawing a sketch on paper, but man did that cost a LOT more than it should have. Sal managed to smack one of our trees near his staging area and rip half the bark off going a whole 4-5 feet up. My dad was on site to tell me what happened, and I don't even recall hearing an apology over it. Thank god it's still alive, but the area he hit is an eyesore now. He did the same at the base of another tree near the firepit. Sal also liked to show up unannounced and scare the life out of my SO, which wasn't creepy... Oh yeah, and try not to start a fight with my neighbors. I don't need that nonsense.
