  I love the quality of the bikes and the motivating instructors at Cycleinsanity in RVC! Rob, the owner, is super friendly and always there to answer all of your questions. He is all about attention to detail, as well, which means that the studio equipment is of the highest quality and the entire facility is spotless. I started with an unlimited monthly Groupon and plan to continue as a member because I love the intensity of the workouts and the facility is excellent, clean and well maintained. I absolutely love the different style bikes in each room as well as the awesome multicolored glow lights, music video flatscreen and speaker sound during your ride. Every instructor has been helpful and has provided an amazing class that leaves me walking away feeling healthy and inspired! Many of the workouts include add ones such as push ups, weights, kickboxing, yoga, etc. in addition to your ride on the stationary or moving bikes. I love the variety and the full body workouts you have access to at this studio. So glad to have discovered this gem just a short ride from Long Beach. I look forward to becoming a long term member!

  Cyclinsanity is so much more than just spin! There's kick boxing, Barr classes & circuit training all at one location! The instructors are all great & motivational, the gym is spotless, and I love coming here for my workouts!
