  Just bought my new Trek Emonda and love it! The owners, Mike and Tracy are great and the staff is friendly and as knowledgeable as they get. They even helped me sell my old bike on EBay. That’s service! And if you like to ride, their group rides are the best around.

  Had a great experience with Mike(owner) and the staff. I did a bike measure and he completely took his time and explained everything he was doing. Great attitude, personable, it felt like i new him for years. Pleasure to become a customer.

  Mike Grotz and staff are directly responsible for my losing over 100 pounds and helping me transition from a couch potato to a cyclist. They provide an inviting environment and as you ride more, you genuinely become part of 'la famiglia.'

  Wonderful service. They take the time to understand your cycling history and interests so that they can recommend what would work best for you. Good inventory with both stock and custom bikes. If they don't have the parts or bike that you need, they can get it within a few days.

  Started cycling last fall and purchased a used bike from a close friend and I needed road shoes. I went to two other known places and was underwhelmed with the service and that's when I found Cyclesport. It was 7:30pm on a cold night and I was met by Mike and he went out of his way to help me . . for shoes . . .when others made me feel like I was a bother. The short story, Cyclesport is a destination bike shop. It is comfortable and friendly and has what you need. I have bought the majority of all my cycling gear from Cyclesport, even a new bike. With the new bike purchase, Mike was there to answer questions and did not push (I HATE pushy sales people) - he said he would be there when/if needed. When it came down to making the final decision, he said between the two I was selecting from, I should take the one that had "soul." I would know what the "soul" was when I rode it and I wouldn't be disappointed. He was absolutely right. Side note - the one I bought was 20% less than the other bike. I have been back to Cyclesport many times (let's just say I've done several wrong cycling maneuvers), and each time, they've helped me out without trying to separate me from my last dollar. Their goal is to keep everyone riding. I HIGHLY recommend Cyclesport to all my cycling friends!
