  Went to 2 rosses, marshalls, dicks and dsw looking for boots. Ended up finding a great deal at cycle gear.

  I usually don’t take the time to review places or experiences, however I think is worth to do it especially when your experience make you change your opinion about a store or company. As a sales manger for export, my experience at Cycle Gear this past weekend reminded me how important is to connect with your customers even with small greeting, welcoming, or small attention to details. All the staff was great compared to any other cycle gear I have visited before. Special thanks to Jesus who helped us install our new headsets, he was always welcoming everybody coming to the store while he was still to helping us. Other staff offered to leave our gear at the counter so we didn’t have to be carrying it around Good job Cycle Gear Dallas - airport
