  Dirty, chaotic, overwhelmed. They try and they are nice but something is seriously wrong here. I take two dosages of the same medicine. One of them was automatically refilled even though I didn't respond to the email saying do you want to refill. The other dosage wasn't refilled. Called to ask why and sat on hold. This is at 10am on a weekday. When someone answered they said ok will refill the other dosage but no explanation of why 2 Rx's for the same med that were written together and filled together were not refilled together. And for the love of all that is holy, run a vacuum once in a while.

  Ramsey CVS Pharmacy is overloaded and is not equipped with sufficient Staff, Technology and Space to handle the volume of Scripts demanded by local residents. There is always a wait and Pharmacy staff seemed stressed out. They are all good people trying to support script needs but CVS in general is doing something wrong when staff has not time for eye contact or interaction / relationship building with customers. My suggestion is to go to Mahwah CVS or Walgreen for faster, friendlier service. My second suggestion based on what i see in Pharmacy, discourage your children from becoming Pharmacist, it is a terrible job.
