  I've been on hold for 31 minutes waiting to speak with the pharmacy department about a patient's rx. Where's the quality control in processing calls for this CVS's pharmacy?

  This pharmacy is terrible. The staff are rude and uninformed.

  This store and the employees make me feel like family. Always greeted it a smile, Shelves are for the most part stocked except when those immature teens​ steal everything that's not nailed down. Great customer service and friendly environment.

  Haven't even made it in to the store and already I've only spoken to incredibly rude pharmacy staff when just trying to get a prescription filled.
