::Dropped off prescription through drive-thru, they promised me a 1 hour turnaround time, 4 hours later when picking up, the medicine was not ready. Not only was the medicine not ready, they informed me that the insurance information was wrong. They wouldn't accept my insurance card through drive-thru although they received it 5 hours before when I dropped off the medicine. I asked for my prescription back and went to Walgreens.
