  Nice clean store with all of the basics that you would expect to find at a CVS. The staff are friendly enough, however, they have this awkward habit of Yelling HELLO at each customer as they walk into the store. I am sure that this is a 'greeting' policy that is s.o.p for CVS employees and that they are compelled, by management, to do this. And with good intentions, I'm sure. However, the distance and viewing angle of the entrance door, in reference to the checkout counter, along with the moderate din of the ambient noise of the store, all work to make it necessary to shout the 'greeting' in order for it to be heard by the customer. This is often done without the clerk even making eye contact with the customer being addressed. This often results in a very jarring, inauthentic, and almost rude, introduction into the store. I work across the street from this store so, myself and many of my coworkers are in there a lot, and I have mentioned my observation to many of my colleagues and they unanimously agree, it is a most unpleasant experience.
