::I went in on Monday to drop off a prescription. Was told it would be available the next day. Ok! Tuesday i get a call saying they are just placing the order and it wont be available till Thursday. Mind you, this is prescription for pain. It had been the 3rd CVS i went to since all the others were out of stock so i was tired of driving to different ones and said I would wait till Thursday. Today is Thursday and I call to check, and they put me on hold for 20+ min! I hung up and called back they answered and said it would be ready in an hour. The back and forth has been ridiculous. Customer service needs to improve dramatically.
