  This pharmacy was great when it was owned by Target. Unfortunately, Target sold to CVS and now its just as bad as all the other CVS pharmacies. All the good staff is gone -- this staff is rude and doesn't bother to get to know their customers. Everytime i try to refill and rx it's an absurd wait time, and don't even bother trying to call in and speak to a person because you'll sit on hold for 8-12 minutes waiting for someone to answer and half the time they can't help you because "they have other people in front of them" they need to help first. They try to get everyone to sign-up for text message alerts..basically so they don't need to deal with speaking with them. I stopped using the CVS right up the street because they are constantly understaffed and the wait times are ridiculous, and now that CVS has taken over the Target pharmacies I'm switching again. Just another example of big corporations trying to cut as many corners as possible by using the minimum number of staff possible....basically resulting in terrible customer service.
