  Nice CVS. Very convenient. I have the whole loyalty card business. I wish they would just price everything fairly and not REQUIRE that I give up a lot of personal information to get better prices. Staff here tends to be friendly. Shrug. Still hate the loyalty card. Not that CVS cares.

  Young man working behind Rd Pharmacy counter is rude and disrespectful. Apparently, seems reluctant to service seniors and this multi diverse area. He is a reflection of this Sun City's CVS management.

  The store is clean and everyone is friendly and helpful.

  I'm here all the time and the pharmacy staff is really cool. They always ring up my non pharmacy items and are never less than friendly , professional, quick and helpful. The rest if the staff is great also, never had a bad experience, but I love the pharmacy techs :)

  I transferred my Rx from Walgreens to CVS because their service was so poor I was unable to get my medication for weeks. At first CVS was great they made the calls to my provider to confirm the prior authorization needed for my RX and to my surprise I had my Rx immediately. After great service for several months then renewing my Rx, I was again told my Rx was not covered, no answers, after 3 different trips to the pharmacy talking to 3 different people found that the Dr had given me Rx for incorrect drug. I needed to call my Dr have the correct one sent. Dr's office called said they had sent it, waiting for call from CVS, finally called them, person answered the phone said it was sent to the wrong CVS and it would take a couple of hours, then abruptly hung up. Been without my medication for over a week. On to the next pharmacy?
