  I was at CVS pharmacy for a quick pick up. I ordered some photo prints online and wanted to pick them up. The person at the photo counter took only a few seconds to handover me the pictures. Also, I found this store to be nicely organized and managed.

  I called on 4/15 to have my prescription filled from the CVS in Edison, as they were closed when I arrived. The woman who answered the phone told me she could not help, and the customer service was HORRIBLE. I was going to ask about putting the prescription off until next month but I guess she couldn’t be bothered so she hung the phone up on me. Clearly she needs better training on how to handle customer inquiries over the phone. Better luck next time I guess! Ps - if you don’t like answering questions from patients, then maybe you should get a new job.

  Cvs... you have a superstar at this store. I believe her name is Cassandra. I was just here at 6 am and she gave superb customer service. She should get a raise. :)
