  Stopped using pharmacy all together, as they are utterly incompetent and particularly rude. Used them for one year for the same monthly prescriptions, and each month they managed to get the order wrong. Though front staff is much more friendly, finding stuff on the shelves is like a roulette; sometimes it is there, sometimes you have to wait for weeks for them to restock the products you are looking for.

  Love this pharmacy! The staff are all extremely kind, gracious and helpful. They always take the time out of whatever they're doing to go out of their way to help me out. Front store is amazing as well. The young lady, KIM, helped me one day, Very informative and helpful. Love this CVS. Best one in brooklyn.

  I'm giving those stars for the people working in the front, those working in the pharmacy deserve a zero, so rude with a very bad service especially this girl CAMERON she is the worst👎

  2 blocks away from Rite Aid ( 8222 18th Ave) and the only decent CVS in the area. Almost all automated self checkout. Given that the Rite Aid nearby opens 24 hours 7 days weekly.

  The staff outside the pharmacy is great friendly and helpful the people in the pharmacy are rude not helpful at all. Always carrying on personal conversations do not stop what they are doing to come help they all wait to see who will go to the register first. Only time the pharmacy runs smoothly and in order and helpful is when John the pharmacist is working. He is helpful takes the time to answer your questions is attentive & pleasant . If he is not there good luck. They need more John's in the pharmacy department.
