  I will not go to this Cvs any more. The custmer service is the worst. People except pharmacy are very rude and aggresive especially african cashiers and manager.( I am not talking about all african people around us) I wanted to return my item on Wednesday 05/23/18 around 6 pm, and the cashier that was an african who wear glasses about 45 years old was talibg too loud and rude with me.. then I asked for manager. OMG.. he was rude, young man around 40 year old with dark blue uniform.I asked his name very nice to continue the conversation more friendly and he said very rude dont treat me mam!!!! I am waiting for response of corprate which I know will understand customers. Also, they did not allow me to talk with real manager

  Variety of items that you would expect to see at CVS or any other drug store. No bathroom for customer use.

  It’s the worst when a security guard follows you made me not buy anything. So annoying.

  I’ve never needed to nor have to get a prescription filled, I was given a digital copy of the prescription I needed filled and attempted to use that. Reasonably at first I was told that I needed a physical copy, I got it printed. When I attempted to give them the now physical copy of the prescription they said they still couldn’t take it. I told them it was a physical copy and that was all they needed, they said they needed the original copy which is not what they said. So now I still do not have the filled prescription and am unable to actually go to the office where the original was made because I can’t get to it because I can only do public transit, which the office is nowhere near.
