  Horrible experience at this CVS. They said my medicine wasn't approved by my insurance, yet I have a voice recording from my doctor saying otherwise. Then they give me a story that my medicine isn't coming until then next day. The next day comes and I'm given the same excuse. Unbelievable, I feel bad if this medication was a life or death situation. I would have been gone by now. Horrible even over the phone.

  they lost ALL THREE OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS WOW LOL.... how does that happen....

  It's a cvs pharmacy the pharmacy is always busy and there is a line with almost no one in the store but we go because of convience
