  If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off my prescription two days ago and was told it would be ready in one hour I still don’t have a prescription in my hand. I had to call them and they had no record of me dropping it off in the system. The girl I just spoke to was actually nice, she found the hardcopy and it had a note on it saying there was no patient date of birth or phone number. When I dropped off the prescription through drive-through she checked to see if she had it in stock they did told me to pick it up in an hour. I asked if it could be ready any sooner because I work across the street she said, “ you will be notified via text when it’s ready in an hour” and closed the window on me. She never asked for a date of birth or phone number which is info they always collect. After being a customer of CVS for over 15 years I will never return again. The CVS near my home is awful as well with constant screw ups and ‘miscommunications’

  This pharmacy needs to get it together. Second CVS in the area that has terrible service. I’m definitely looking for a new pharmacy. Taking my business where it’s appreciated.

  Everyone was very rude to me in the pharmacy. Doesn’t seem like they enjoy what they’re doing.

  I always go there to pick up some medication and pick up some basic stuff (bandage, toothpaste..) ; this time, I saw a nice woman siting by the door and initially asked her about where to find cotton pad, I then asked here if they have lipstick tester and she said "we do not but I can help you find what you need"...anyway, she was super helpful; more than ones in Macys or Sephora who took your time for more than half an hour until they try many expensive lipsticks; She was very quick and helped me to find two grate shades of lipstick & concealer with good price. Her tag showed her name as Fatimah or something similar. She was very helpful and saved me lots of time

  Last month after I picked up my last refill, I asked them to contact my doctor to have my prescription refilled. The lady agreed, but obviously very reluctantly. When I checked the status several days ago via text, it still said no refills left. Sure , the lady didn't do anything, as expected. So I went thru the process to refill via their text system. Today it is not ready and I have almost run out of my medicine. When I called them, they told me there is something wrong with my insurance payment... First of all, I didn't change my insurance, and also I know it has nothing to do with insurance, since you can pay it without any insuance. When I asked her for more details, she just didn't respond, and hanged off after a while. I meant, if you really want some responsible and honest service on your prescription, please choose another pharmacy store, to save your life and your mood. You can see, the only thing helpful in my experience is the text system.
