::I was purchasing products but the manager said I couldn't use the restroom and said not a chance, go to the starbucks adblock and a half away I walked a block and a half and no starbucks!

::I like this cvs location a lot. The staff is friendly down to earth and the store seems to have a larger variety of products on the shelf than your average cvs , also the fact that it's on Melrose in this particular area is unusual and makes it one of the few convenient corner pharmacies in the area . Only downside was slightly unorganized but could just be the time of day .

::I am a CVS customer in Florida and CVS is definitely a store that I go to. I went to this location while visiting the city and a employee was terribly rude with me. If she it’s just a employee needs more training (at least). If it’s the store manager CVS should review their leading staff immediately.

::The manager Luis is unbelievably rude, unhelpful, condescending and reeked of alcohol. They had to call him to come out of the back several times before he finally did. All I was looking for was an eye pencil -- when he eventually noticed me, he asked me three times the number of the item which I gave him all three times he asked - he just didn't listen - then he just walked off giving me the finger. He also felt the need to tell me he was brought up poor! Never understood the corolation between that and my wanting to buy an eye pencil. He just reeked of alcohol at 2:30 in the afternoon! I'll never go back there!!! This was an utter waste of my time, no one ever offered to check in the back like all other branches do. He refused to!

::I have been a customer of CVS for years, though at a different location. I wholeheartedly agree with the reviews which state that the manager is extremely rude, and that they need more employees. Though the name of the manager with whom I dealt is Marc. This Marc person seemed very blue collar, he lacked insight and he used poor judgement. I was in a bit of a hurry because I had an appointment with a business in the Melrose area. The store was not crowded. Instead of ringing me up and expediting things so I could get to my appointment, he deliberating took his time in an effort to antagonize me. Then he proceeded to argue with me in front of other customers. It was as though he was telling me off for being pressed for time. It was outrageous. I don't know why CVS made him the manager of one of their stores. I seriously thought of pulling my business from the entire company because of Marc. I would have given this store a zero if I could have. It does not deserve one point. Also, Marc was only one employee working the cash register when I was in the store. However, this does not excuse his rude behavior, since there were only a few people in line when I visited the store. I am stating this to support a prior review which stated that there are not enough employees at this store. In general, I think that is an accurate statement.
