  Nasty store manager. My cashier called her and she came to see issue but left and went to another cashier to discuss another customer problem. I had to wait 10 minutes while she discussed er nationality with ckerk. Even my cashier asked her if she was really going to discuss personAL thing while I was waiting. Then got short with me.

  Worst store i ever been too!!!! This store desires Nooo stars at all “Employees not helpful , for return or exchange, if the items are opened they wont want to give you a refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with the product for whatever reason. Employees are on their phones while working and they dont help at all some of them ignore you , Wont ever step in this store or any cvs again !!!!!Plusprices are higher compared to target or bed bath beyond

  By far one of worst CVS store I have ever been to. They're always out of stock on products and there never helpful.

  Very unprofessional for the crew that is in Saturday June 17 2017 between the hours of 2:30 p.m. to 3:34 p.m. my first visit to the Minute Clinic I seen a sign said closed a regular sign not one that was posted to let people know that it was closed for the day so I asked the pharmacist if it was closed he replied he did not know so I went to ask the manager the manager told me it's open she will be here in 10 minutes so I went ahead signed in sat down this was about 2:36 p.m. I was lost in my cell phone playing game killing time, when another patient signed in and was asking questions if it was closed I told them no I was told that the doctor would be in shortly around 10 minutes but that was about 40 minutes ago so the woman walked to the same pharmacist that I have Asked , and she politely asked is the Minute Clinic open, the pharmacist replied no it's closed for the day. So the woman came to me and told me that the pharmacist said it was closed so I said wait he told me he didn't know I went and asked the manager and he told me she'd be here in 10 minutes so we both went up to the manager where he would be try to speak to employees who were ignoring us, finally one said they did not know,then finally the manager came and we asked him what is going on he then told us that it's open and she will be here she's on lunch. Show me any woman tell him that his other employees said that she's not here for the day but you're telling us she is what is going on I'm more pissed off because I've been there going on about an hour now, not even the manager knows what's going on he walked back to the pharmacist to ask them as if they were an asked enough times already today. I follow him heard his conversation the pharmacist behind the one I've asked replied she is not in today she is supposed to post a note on the door letting people know that she is not in today I flip the hell out I was so pissed off I said I was just here about an hour ago and I asked you couldn't say nothing and your partner here told me he didn't know and in the manager tells me she's on lunch I mean nobody knows who's working here and who's calling out so I've actually wasted time here this whole minute clinic ordeal is not going to work out in such a place with people like this running it only if the other shift was here I'm pretty sure it went a lot smoother so I'm not going to blame this CVS personally but I'm going to blame the crew that works the 2nd shift or should I say from the hours that I was there from 230p.m. to 3:34 p.m.on Saturday June 17th 2017. Nobody knows who's working nobody knows who their employees are nobody knows how to help customers nobody has customer service skills they all deserve to go back to training for better customer service and to know where the hell they work. I do not recommend MinuteClinic it is bullcrap.

  Great CVS with a lot of variety of products. Beauty products and even school supplies. Even reinforcement labels for binders.
