  Multiple attempts over several days to reach a human via phone. On hold over 15 minutes with no answer. Aint nobody got time fa that! Insurance company won't allow refills at other places as they own CVS now. Huge conflict of interest considering the copay was less at Wal-Mart. I'm hanging up now & will just pay cash at Wal-Mart.

  I will definitely find another pharmacy I don't Care if I have to drive across town. Horrible staff and manager, they're slow and argumentative. Don't even think about calling in they'll hang up in your face back to back.

  Worst pharmacy ever. My husband has been out of his life threatening medication for over a week. The pharmacy staff continue to tell him it will be here tomorrow. It has been 5 day already and they continue to tell him the same lie. Then he request to receive the medication from another pharmacy, CVS have the medication flagged as pending and another pharmacy can't transfer the script. This is real BS. Take your business else where. Save yourself the time and effort. And if you call the wait time is ridiculous long. Rating shold be a negative star.

  Been coming here for years and Erin rocks me up EVERY SINGLE TIME! She Never makes me wait and is always EXTREMELY helpful. She's awesome!

  This location is one of the worst CVS, I have every picked up a prescription from. They are slow and understaffed. NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE! LINE ALWAYS WRAPPED AROUND THE CORNER. SLOW TO SERVICE There is a need for another pharmacy in Meadowbrook. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
